Why Embodied Resilience?
Our approach is grounded in the belief that healing & growth begins in the body. Embodied resilience means using practices that influence your nervous system to become less reactive so you feel more in control, building resilience from the inside out.
How Long Do Sessions Last?
Each coaching session typically lasts 60 minutes. However, session lengths vary depending on the format - classes might be 30 minutes & workshops up to 4 hours. All offerings are designed to be spacious, grounded, and thoughtfully paced.
