WEEKS 1 - 3

Awareness + Safety

This module sets the foundation for nervous system literacy and body awareness. Participants learn to recognize their unique stress patterns and build a sense of internal safety.

WEEKS 4 - 6

Stability + Regulation

This module moves from awareness into application, teaching participants how to actively regulate their emotions, energy, and mood using body-based and cognitive strategies.

WEEKS 7 - 9

Growth + Integration

This final module focuses on embedding new habits, rewriting old patterns, and creating a roadmap for continued resilience.

Over 9 weeks, we’ll move through three intentionally designed modules that build upon one another. Each stage blends nervous system science, mindfulness-based tools, and community support to create meaningful and sustainable change.
