FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
Answers to common queries our clients have before starting their journey.
How do I know if I'm experiencing burnout?
Burnout steps from chronic, overwhelming stress that feels beyond your control. You likely feel emotionally and physically exhausted, are noticing changes in sleep or appetite, or are experiencing unexplained physical ailments.
What are embodied practices for stress recovery?
Embodied practices involve engaging the body—through breath, gentle movement, and mindfulness—to calm the nervous system and promote long-term resilience.
Can holistic healing help with anxiety & overwhelm?
Holistic healing supports anxiety recovery by addressing both mind and body. Simple somatic tools can help calm the nervous system and restore a sense of safety. Safe, supportive spaces and positive relationships can accelerate resilience.
What's the difference between coaching & therapy?
A coach will not make any diagnosis, nor attempt to "treat" you. Instead of asking "what's wrong," coaching asks "what do you need?" Therapy generally helps clients fix or manage problems from the past whereas coaching helps clients identify and take action toward future positive change.
How long does it take to recover from burnout?
Recovery from burnout looks different for everyone. For some, small lifestyle shifts bring relief in weeks; for others, deeper nervous system regulation may take months.
What's the first step to building resilience?
The first step is awareness—learning to recognize your stress responses. From there, simple embodied tools can help regulate your nervous system and create lasting change.
